Echo Hollow Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care is seeking a Co-Medical Director to join our growing team in Eugene, Oregon. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about practicing high-quality medicine while helping lead a collaborative, high-performing hospital.

Leadership Responsibilities
As Co-Medical Director, you will:
- Support and mentor veterinarians and support staff
- Promote high medical standards and best practices
- Partner with hospital leadership on team development and retention
- Help guide hospital growth and service expansion
- Support a positive and collaborative hospital culture
- Continue practicing medicine while maintaining leadership responsibilities

Our doctors are exceptionally well-supported, allowing them to focus on practicing medicine and mentoring others.
Team Highlights
- 8-doctor team with 3-4 doctors scheduled daily
- 4 Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs)
- 2 additional team members pursuing certification
- 2-3 dedicated assistants or CVTs assigned to each doctor
- Dedicated surgical assistant
- Skilled dentistry team, including extractions
- Collaborative and supportive culture

Practice medicine in a recently remodeled hospital equipped with advanced technology and diagnostic capabilities.

- Small animal general practice
- Urgent care and walk-in appointments

- Amputations
- Enucleations
- Splenectomies
- Select orthopedic procedures

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
- Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
- Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
Preferred
- Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
- Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
- Previous leadership experience or strong interest in veterinary leadership
- Strong communication, mentorship, and team-building skills
- Commitment to high-quality medicine and client service

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
