Experienced Veterinarian Wanted: Practice Great Medicine with a Team That Loves What They Do
If you're an experienced veterinarian looking for a practice where you can focus on quality medicine—not burnout—you'll feel at home at [1] Seven Hills Pet Clinic.
We're a thriving, six-doctor, multi-site small animal practice that combines advanced medicine, an exceptional support team, and a genuinely positive culture. Whether you enjoy collaborating on challenging cases, mentoring newer doctors, or simply practicing medicine with the time and tools you need, we'd love to meet you.
Practice Your Way—with Flexibility
Our two hospitals, located just 15 minutes apart, offer the best of both worlds.
Our modern flagship hospital in Loveland, Ohio, serves a vibrant Cincinnati suburb known for its parks, trails, and family-friendly community. Our Blanchester location provides a more relaxed, small-town setting while maintaining the same commitment to outstanding patient care.
You'll enjoy:
* No on-call responsibilities
* Closed every Sunday
* Only two closing shifts each week
* Flexible scheduling across both locations
A Team That Makes Your Day Better
Great medicine starts with great people.
Our veterinarians work alongside experienced technicians—including numerous RVTs—who keep appointments running efficiently so doctors can focus on diagnosis, treatment, and client communication.
Collaboration is part of our culture. We enjoy sharing ideas, celebrating wins together, and supporting one another through challenging cases. It's a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Modern Medicine, Exceptional Resources
We believe experienced veterinarians should have access to the tools they need to deliver outstanding care.
Our hospitals are equipped with:
* Brand-new ultrasound
* Therapeutic and surgical lasers
* Digital and dental radiography
* Video otoscopy
* In-house laboratory with Sedivue
* Skilled technician support that allows you to practice at the top of your license
Make an Impact
We're proud to give back to the communities we serve by providing complimentary care for local police K9s and partnering with rescue organizations to improve the lives of pets in need.
Compensation & Benefits Designed Around You
We know experienced veterinarians bring valuable expertise, and we believe compensation should reflect that.
We offer:
* Competitive, individualized compensation packages
* Base salary starting at $120,000-$140,000 (commensurate with experience)
* Production bonuses
* Generous paid time off
* Continuing education allowance
* Strong mentorship and collaborative support

Early-Career Veterinarians Welcome
